The Weather in Books Tag

This winter has been super extreme concerning the weather, I’ve been freezing every morning on the way to school, every afternoon on the walk back, every time I went jogging, and basically everywhere. So because the weather has been crazy lately, why not do this fun tag?

Sunshine: A book that made you smile

I have been talking about My Lady Jane since the day I finished it and to be honest, I can’t stop. Simply because it made me smile. My smile was the feeling of walking into the sunset or a whole burger infant of you waiting to be eaten. This book gave me a smile overdose because it was so incredible!

Rain: A book you couldn’t put down

The finale of The Lunar Chronicles Winter was too much for me to take in. I finished a great series in such a short time (because I didn’t have to wait for further releases) and I just wasn’t ready to let Cinder and the Rampion Crew go. Nevertheless, I couldn’t bring myself to slow down, capture the moments, take a little time and hold on to it a little while longer. It was just too bittersweet.

Wind: A book that blew you away

The end of Emma and Julian’s story was too much to handle. This epic finale of Queen of Air and Darkness was full of unexpected turnouts, written with so much love and passion for the characters and read by me with the speed of an Aston Martin because it blew me away.

Hurricane: A tragic book

This book just filled me with so much rage because every word Angie Thomas wrote in The Hate U Give was true. And the fact that politicians won’t acknowledge it is tragic. So yes, this is a tragic book.

That was my take on the Weather in Books Tag, I hope you enjoyed this small post featuring some of my favorite books! Have a great day!

I'm a huge fan of Draco Malfoy, I love scones and tea time, I don't like horror movies and obviously I'm a huge book nerd.
