Let’s Talk Bookish: romance as a subplot!

We’re heading into December, slowly but surely, and me and my friends have already baked Christmas cookies and the Christmas playlist has been blasting for more than two weeks (featuring Michael Buble and Motown obviously!). The next two months are filled with exams, we had one today, one next Wednesday and Friday and then like that for the next several weeks – so fun. I hope I still find some time in between: especially for topics like these! Romance as a subplot: I’ll list my faves and least favorites and I guess just about everything that comes to my mind (very structured, right?). Rereading Eclipse – Review

First off: senior year has hit me hard, there’s no excuse and so I have had zero time to write anything because I’d rather write few structured posts rather than many sloppy ones. Secondly, I’ve finished rereading Eclipse, the third Twilight book and it’s fair to say I have some thoughts. So here is my *sloppy* review with some unstructured very intuitively written-down sentences.

Rereading Twilight – Review

I actually did it – I reread the first Twilight novel by Stephanie Meyer. But it wasn’t totally out of the blue: her new book, Midnight Sun, has been all over the news lately. I’ve read so many negative reviews claiming it to be super annoying, only describing Edward’s hunger and his desperate tries to keep his blood lust under control. Briefly said: I had no other book to read, saw Twilight on my shelf and made the desperate move to take it with me – and I wasn’t able to put it down, despite some very negative thoughts. Here is my wildly confusing, irrational and controversial review of rereading a series I always put in the “I read it when I was 12 and was the biggest fan but now it’s rubbish and I hate it” box.
