Let’s Talk Bookish: what are your thoughts regarding reading challenges?

It’s Friday people. And normally that would make me really happy but now all it means is that my break is slowly coming to an end and that school starts Monday morning (like every other week haha). However, I still had a wonderful day today: studied some maths with a friend, then went to eat some Belgian waffles (which are my favorite ever) and now I’m about to head to the cinema with my mum to watch The Gentlemen (will review!). But now onto the bookish part: today I’ll be discussion reading challenges and Let’s Talk Bookish is as always hosted by Rukky @Eternitybooks!

Let’s Talk Bookish: what makes an engaging blog post?

Happy Valentine’s Day – in fact, I hate this day. There shouldn’t be a special day to show the love for someone, show them you love them every day of the year. And for me it’s Galentine’s Day so that might be a contributing factor. Anyways, let me quickly excuse my absence: I had THREE huge presentation this week, it was my aunt’s bday and everything was hectic and so I haven’t even glimpsed at my blog the past week, or written anything. I am back, however, because the only thing on my list is finishing (thank god) 1984 and catch up on some homework. And so I’m even more excited to have great topic today: I’ll try and answer the question what makes an engaging blog post. Let’s Talk Bookish is, as always, hosted by Rukky  @Eternitybooks!

Let’s Talk Bookish: required reading!

It’s Friday, it’s been a stress free week with a stressful weekend to come, but only great things I have to plan so that’s not too bad! This evening, I’m going to dinner with three of my best friends and I’m super excited! I mean we see each other in school every day, but it’s nice to get some quiet time and talk while devouring a pizza/pasta! To the bookish part – for today’s tag, hosted as always by Rukky @Eternitybooks, we are discussing a super important and hot topic: required reading: a punishment or a blessing in disguise?

Let’s Talk Bookish: stress and blogging!

It’s Friday, my bestie will sone come over and sleep at my place, we’ve planned a movie night with homemade chocolate souflées (the big upside to having a baking bestie!) and therefore I’m forced to keep this short even though stress and blogging is something very important and annoying we’ve all experienced multiple times. So here’s my favorite tag of the week, Let’s Talk Bookish, hosted by Rukky !

Let’s Talk Bookish: bias towards books and authors!

It’s finally Friday: this weekend’s packed with activities. Tomorrow, my best friend asked me if I’d help him out in maths and so I’m first going to his house, then meeting my mum and aunt in the city and then joining my mum and some close friends for dinner. Sunday: going for a run and then maths marathon because of the big exam on Tuesday. Enough with the personal stuff – it’s Let’s Talk Bookish time, hosted by the awesome Rukky@Eternity Books, and today’s question is whether your love for an author makes you biased towards their book and vice versa?

Let’s Talk Bookish: audio books – reading or not?

It’s Friday again, I just went for a run, met up with my bestie and studied some math. So, a packed day and tonight, I’m meeting my mum and aunt for dinner, so I don’t have much time to write this post. I wanted to do it anyways, as Let’s Talk Bookish hosted by Rukky @Eternity Books is one of my favorite tags! Today, a topic I might not be very great at judging since I don’t really listen to audio books: should listening to audio books be considered reading or not?

Let’s Talk Bookish: who do you think is qualified to write a book with diverse characters?

Well, Christmas is sadly over, but we have New Year’s Eve coming up and I’m super excited! I’m gonna spend it at a friend’s house with all my best friends coming over (it’ll be a wild night haha) and I can’t wait! But until then – I have some quiet time to get some Christmas reading done! But first: my favorite book tag, as always hosted by Rukky @Eternity Books, with today’s question being who’s qualified to write a book with diverse characters!

Let’s Talk Bookish: should there be a time limit on spoilers?

First day of the holidays and I baked some Christmas bread, went shopping in sweatpants with my mum and will soon head over to my besties to bake cookies and then join our parents and other friends for dinner. So, a lot happening on the first day off – anyways, onto the bookish part: today’s topic is a very controversial one: should there be a time limit on spoilers! As always, Let’s Talk Bookish is hosted by Rukky @Eternity Books!

Let’s Talk Bookish: how do you deal with problematic books?

It’s finally Friday! One week to go and I’m overly excited, I don’t think I’ve ever been more in the Christmas spirit than this year, I am even decorating gingerbread houses with my best friend, how can that be?! Today I’ll be discussing how I deal with problematic books – as always, Let’s Talk Bookish is hosted by Rukky @Eternity Books.
