There are many novels in the world of books I can’t wait to get my hands on, but this book strikes me to be my most anticipated release so far:
A Question of Holmes is the fourth book of the Charlotte Holmes Series by Brittany Cavallaro and these books are my favorite retellings!
Charlotte and Jamie are finally away from Sherringford with its mysteries and murders, and are now attending a pre-college summer program in Oxford. While they can now for the first time experience the world of dating, they are immediately drawn to the next case which Charlotte has to solve before the next victim might be a Holmes or a Watson.
I absolutely love the fact that this book is set at Oxford University because attending this school is my highest life goal and to read about it in one of my favorite books will be magical – I hope.
I hope I will also enjoy more time of Holmes and Watson actually being together because for the majority of The Case for Jamie, Jamie was searching for her and they met for like the last third of the book which I found to be sad.
I also hope to experience some more of their humor as I consider that one of the best facts about the books so far. Besides the murders, of course.
So, all in all, I can’t wait for it to be March fifth next year when I’ll be running to the store. I hope you enjoyed this little entry and have a great day!
