Because I’ve done an entry about the Saddest Deaths in Harry Potter , I decided it’s time for a Harry Potter Tag!
#1 What’s your favorite book?
My favorite book would be Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban because I loved the story with Sirius Black the most, enjoyed Lupin and Trelawney, loved the Marauder’s Map and was scared to death by Sirius at first.
#2 What’s your favorite movies?
I think my favorite movie would be Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix because I love how the training of Dumbledore’s Army was created, I thought Umbridge was beautifully enacted and I just loved the movie way more than the book because the book was rather lingering – way more than the other books – and therefore I thing the movie was the best book adaption.
#3 What’s your least favorite book?
My least favorite book would be, as mentioned above, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix because it too lingering and – in my opinion – focused too much on the lessons of occlumency Snape gave Harry. Those stretched out for like thirty pages and that was really boring, at least for me. That was also the reason I stopped reading it, but of course I picked it back up again and finished all books.
#4 Parts of the book/movies that made you cry
I cried a lot. I cried when Sirius, Dobby, Snape, Dumbledore, Fred, Hedwig, Lupin and Tonks died. I cried when Harry saw his parents, Lupin and Sirius through the Resurrection Stone. I cried as soon as I realized Harry Potter would be over at the end of the last book. I cried when Hermione and Ron finally kissed. I cried when Dumbledore asked Snape After all this time? and Snape replied Always. So I think you can guess, I’m a crybaby when it comes to books.
#5 What’s your favorite character?
My all time favorite, probably ever girl’s, is Hermione, because she is the living proof of girl power. That’s all that needs to be said. (BTW, that’s an adorable pic of her, isn’t it?)
But besides Hermione, I really like Draco and Snape. Draco I like because I enjoy his mean punch-lines, although I don’t like how the effect other people’s feelings, but they just put the cherry on top of the cupcake. I loved that Harry and Draco finally put their pasts aside in the eighth book and rescued their sons together, that was a emotional moment for me and history. I like Snape because he is just everything you didn’t think he would be, he is carrying, he is thoughtful and most important of all, he has a good soul. That is one of the best endings, JK Rowling could have given a character, in my point of view.
#6 What would your Patronus be?
According to my Pottermore quiz, my Patronus would we the bloodhound – and isn’t he just adorable?!
#7 If you could choose a hallow, which would you choose?
Well, that’s not a difficult question: I’d choose the invisibility cloak because I’m the most curious person ever concerning other people’s conversation. Me and my cloak would probably not be good for the human race as I would discover everyone’s darkest secrets. So I’m kind of glad it’s not in my possession – or is it?
#8 What house would you be in?
#9 Have you played any of the video games?
God no, I don’t play video games.
#10 If you were on a Quidditch Team, which position would you play?
I’m not entirely sure as I’m not the hugest sports fan, but I’d probably be good at being Beater like Fred and George or as a Seeker like Ron.
#11 Were you happy about the ending?
I was very happy with the ending of the original Harry Potter but not quite happy how Harry Potter and the Cursed Child turned out to be, but that’s a different story.
#12 How much does Harry Potter mean to you?
What is that even for a question – would I be doing this tag if I wasn’t a fan? Probably not. I’m not sure how to explain this to people, but my favorite books mean the world to me. Therefore I don’t let anyone borrow them – you can borrow everything from me, my clothes, my hair gummies, my pencils, anything but my books.
That’s the end, it was longer than expected but I hope you enjoy it!!!
