Let’s Talk Bookish: favorite way of reading a book!

It’s Friday, I just went for a run and I’m super excited to spend the weekend at my aunt’s place which always feels like a vacation because I can just blend out reality for two days…. Anyways, here we go again, Let’s Talk Bookish is as always hosted by Rukky @Eternitybooks, and I’ll discuss my favorite ways of reading a book!

Favorite format: paperback!

It sometime switches between hardcover and paperback, but I usually go with paperback because a) it’s cheaper and b) I love the way it looks and feels after it’s been read – you can feel the love/hours people have put into it while reading and so I’m also that person that doesn’t much care whether a book gets a little wet when I bring it to the beach because then it tells stories (obviously I only do this to my own books, I would never ruin borrowed books…)!

Favorite place to read: bed or garden!

In winter, I love to be cuddled up and read in my bed with a storm raging outside – it’s a kind of protected and cozy feeling you don’t get in other situations… In summer, however, I love lying on the gras, a cup of ice tea in my hand and just soaking up the sun.

Favorite thing to eat/drink: tea and sandwich!

Sandwich all year long simply because it’s my favorite meal (I’ve been literally having a sandwich for dinner every day the last week haha – I’m lazy). And warm tea in winter and then ice tea in summer simply because I’m a tea addict!
