This week’s topic is audio freebie and so I chose my favorites and then the many I still wish to listen to. Firstly, I should make it clear that I have never listened to many audiobooks, but I should really change that, now after having read the other amazing posts with great audiobooks! About the meme: Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish, but is now moved to That Artsy Reader Girl!
My favorite audiobooks:
#1 The Penderwicks

I LOVE these audiobooks! They are read with so much passion, humor and dedication to this family and are literally my all time favorites. Whenever I’m sick at home or in the car for several hours, I listen to the Penderwicks.
#2 Harry potter

I actually only listened to the first Harry Potter, but I really enjoyed it. It helped me to really picture the world in more detail and to enjoy the slow and detailed scenes describing Diagon Alley and Hogwarts!
To be honest (sadly), I have only listened to six audiobooks that are appropriate for my age as the other audiobooks are children’s books such as Famous Five, so I guess that was the first part!
Audiobooks I want to listen to
#1 Benedict Cumberbatch reads Sherlock Holmes

I definetely want to listen to Benedict Cumberbatch read Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. That’s just epic!
#2 Cassandra Clare’s shadowhunters

This is not one typical book but I have heard that the audiobooks of the Shadowhunter world are really awesome and I also really want to listen to the stars read certain short stories such as I think Matthew Daddario (or was it someone else?)
#3 All the other Harry potter

I would just love to focus on all the details and just relax while I experience everything once more! I have reread Harry Potter many many times, but this would just be a new experience!
#4 Pride and Prejudice

How I would love to listen to that old English instead of having to pay attention every second! This would just be really relaxing and could also be funny!
That is my very very short list of all the books I want to listen to and my favorite audiobooks! I’m sorry my list is so short today, but it’s just that I haven’t really discovered the whole audiobooks spectrum yet!
