WWW Wednesday

It’s been so long since I’ve participated in either TTT or WWW – and I’m super happy to be back! I have a webinar in less than an hour so this’ll be a very short post, but here’s my current reading situation anyways!

#1 What are you currently reading?

I’m more than halfway through the second book of the Mirror Visitor series and I’m loving it! To be quite honest, sometimes the plot is a little slow, but then I remind myself that I’m still enjoying myself and then I keep reading for ten more minutes and I’m totally enchanted by the world and the characters all so different from our lives.

#2 What was the last book you read?

It is absolutely justified that critics compare A Winter’s Promise to Harry Potter: the world building is PHENOMENAL, the world is so very different than ours and has its own magic, the characters are diverse and secretive and you feel like landing in an poetic atmosphere when you read it.

#3 What do you think you’ll read next?

The English version will be published this May (whyyyyy do I always start unfinished series?!), but since I go to an international school in Germany, I speak fluently German and will therefore buy it soon! I know I won’t like the different atmosphere that is bound to be due to the language change and that certain words will be different (for example, the Arks or different family names), but I should be thankful I speak two languages and can therefore read it and won’t have to wait!

That’s it for today! Tell me, have you heard of this French series yet? Happy reading and have a great rest of the week!

I'm a huge fan of Draco Malfoy, I love scones and tea time, I don't like horror movies and obviously I'm a huge book nerd.
