It’s been quite a while that I’ve done a tag, and earlier on in May I was nominated by the awesome Aria @booknookbits (go check out her amazing blog!!!) and I have some spear time on my hands – so let’s get into it and answer some questions!
- Display the award logo.
- Thank the blogger who nominated you.
- Answer the questions from the blog who nominated you.
- Nominate seven to ten bloggers.
- Ask them seven questions.
#1 What’s your favorite movie?
Well, that is a complicated first question, so I’ll weasel around it a bit and make it a little easier for me to answer: movies I can watch over and over again are all of the Harry Potter movies, a thriller-favorite is Departed (Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon) and Homefront (a huge Jason Statham fan right here), action would be Jason Bourne, romance Mamma Mia! and rom-com Just go with it (because Adam Sandler movies are the absolute best)!
#2 If you could only read one book series for the rest of your life, which one would you choose?
Let’s go with a classic and say Harry Potter: because there are seven books (better choose a long series, you have more choices!) and I have read each book three times now and never get bored – so I think I’d be able to repeat that cycle for a bit longer. The world and the characters are so beautifully created with such an eye for detail that I get enchanted by the Wizarding World every time.
#3 If you were a superhero, what would your name be, and what superpowers would you have?
I am really reminded of The Penderwicks right now: so I will go with Sabrina Star. It’s the superhero Jane writes all her novels about and even wrote an essay on Famous women in the history of Massachusetts (she got a C for that, as Sabrina Star didn’t fit the category). My superpowers would be flying as I’ve always wanted to have wings and just set off.
#4 If you could meet one fictional character, who would it be? Why?
I guess I’ll go with Kaz Brekker from Leigh Bardugo’s Six of Crows because I’d really like to know how he comes up with all the schemes he pulls of and in general, I think he’d be really funny cause of his sassy character!
#5 What is one thing on your bucket list?
READ MORE NON-FICTION BOOKS TO EDUCATE MYSELF.
#6 What is the title of the best book you’ve read this year?
Cassandra Clare’s new book: Chain of Gold. Exceptionally marvelous!
#7 What food will you not, under any circumstances, eat?
Raw meat – I really eat everything, spicy food, every seasonings, every vegetables and fruits, every cuisine (French, Italien, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, German – and many more) but one thing I can’t have is raw meat.
- What was your highlight book this year?
- Do you read non-fiction book, and if yes, which one’s your favorite?
- What is your favorite book-to-movie adaption and why?
- What’s your favorite food/recipe/cuisine and why?
- What is the one fictional place you’d love to visit?
- If you could live the life of a fictional character, which would you choose?
- What’s one thing on your bucket list for this year that you really want to get done?
That’s it – I had a lot of fun answering the questions, no pressure in doing the tag as always and happy reading!!!
