WWW Wednesday

My no-school week is half over, I’m studying biology and I’ve been rereading old favorites – here’s my reading situation on this last Wednesday in October! Really ready for Christmas by the way!

#1 What are you currently reading?

I feel head-over-heels for my long favorite trilogy, Silver, by Kerstin Gier and I can’t stop reading, it’s so addicting! I finished the first book this morning and am now halfway done with number two which is really affecting my studying… This trilogy has everything, let me tell you that: a fantastic plot with dreams and demons, a patchwork family, lovable characters, London scenery and humorous writing!

#2 What was the last book you read?

Before rereading Silver, I started Leigh Bardugo’s new novel, Ninth House. I do like it, it’s incredibly entertaining and full of suspense. But for some reason, it’s not that gripping for me. You see, it was really easy for me to lay it aside and start reading something else and that’s normally not a very good sign! Anyways, I’ll finish it after reading this trilogy and we’ll see what I think of it then!

#3 What do you think you’ll read next?

I just downloaded Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice on iBooks because the audiobook is free! I plan on listening to it on my train ride to Paris on Friday and I hope I’ll enjoy it! So far, I’ve already listened to 5 chapters, it’s read by Kate Beckinsale and I have to admit, I didn’t think I’d be able to enjoy an audiobook that much! I really have to listen to more audiobooks in the future!

That’s it – my current reading situation! I hope you enjoyed it, I’ll go back to reading as I only have one hour before my two best friends come over for a Halloween movie night (but it can easily turn into a Christmas movie night, we all love Christmas movies and are already counting the days!)! Happy reading and Happy Halloween tomorrow!

I'm a huge fan of Draco Malfoy, I love scones and tea time, I don't like horror movies and obviously I'm a huge book nerd.
