Book Blogger Test Tag

Book Tags are one of my favorite things to write and while I do enjoy and love reviews, book tags are more free and creative! So here’s a tag for all the book bloggers!

#1 What are your top three book pet hates?

That’s easy: different sizes, cover changes and hideous covers for favorite books.

#2 Describe your perfect reading spot

Me on my bed under my reading blanket with the sun shining into the room and warming me.

#3 Tell us three bookish confessions

I never return books that people gave me, but they tend to forget as well, so it’s not that tragic. I can never finish book that I rent on my kindle, for some weird reason I have to hold the book in my hands. I love it when you can tell if you read the book by its spine.

#4 When was the time you cried because of a book?

That’s very easy. Last week, when I finished Leigh Bardugo’s Ruin and Rising. So very emotional.

#5 How many books are on your bedside table?

Three: The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Strange the Dreamer.

#6 What’s your favorite snack whilst your reading?

I deeply, madly, truly love tea. Mostly Earl Grey, English Breakfast or Darjeeling and that together with either toast with orange marmalade (very British haha) or a cookie is the perfect snack.

#7 Name three books you’d recommend to everyone

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo. Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard. Cinder by Marissa Meyer.

#8 Show us a picture of your favorite shelf on your bookcase

My favorite shelves are my classics (first one), then my Favorites including Leigh Bardugo, Marissa Meyer, Veronica Roth and Maggie Stiefvater (second one) and then all the books I read in 2018 and loved like The Hate U Give, The Cruel Prince, Truly Devious and An Ember in the Ashes (third one).

#9 Write how much books mean to you in three words

They’re my world.

#10 What’s your biggest reading secret?

I haven’t read many classics. For example, Pride and Prejudice, Wuthering Heights or Jane Eyre. It’s simply that I often get bored whilst reading Classics, because the story is often told from adult POV or not really made for a teenager or relatable. But I really must read them at some point.

I tag: Everyone who loves books as much as I do, please do the tag!

I hope you enjoyed this tag and have a great day and start into the Weekend!!!

I'm a huge fan of Draco Malfoy, I love scones and tea time, I don't like horror movies and obviously I'm a huge book nerd.
