WWW Wednesday

This and last week was a great reading week for me and I’m really happy to finally talk about it now!

#1 What are you currently reading?

I am currently in the middle of Leigh Bardugo’s King of Scars and I’M CRAZY ABOUT IT. Every new page is a great way of continuing the story, there is nothing I would have liked to change so far and I can imagine so many great endings, I have no idea how it ends. I have glimpsed at the name “Darkling” who is speaking and I’m really curious how that will turn out and everything with Nikolai’s demon, if Nikolai and Zoya will end up, what happens to Nina and if Ravka has a future. The only thing I know for sure is that it will definitely turn out to be one of my favorite books ever. That makes you think, was any of Leigh Bardugo’s book ever not on your favorites list? – No.

#2 What did you currently finish reading?

The last book I read was the finale of Leigh Bardugo’s Shadow and Bone trilogy, Ruin and Rising, which was terribly emotional for me.

Even though I only started reading Leigh Bardugo this August (starting with Six of Crows – I shouldn’t have started with her masterpiece), she is now one of my favorite authors because I have loved every of her six books very very much.

#3 What do you think you’ll read next?

That is actually a very terrifying question since I have absolutely no idea. I had my reading life planned from finishing The Lunar Chronicles in December, then reading Queen of Air and Darkness, then the Shadow and Bone trilogy and The Wicked King and now that I’m reading King of Scars, my last planned book, I have no idea what will come.

I may reread Six of Crows once more because I’m in a Leigh Bardugo/ GrishaVerse mood or I’ll continue with Strange the Dreamer, start If We Were Villains or give Lockwood &Co a try. I’ll see what the future will bring.

I hope you enjoyed this little update on my current reading situation and hope it wasn’t too exhausting reading me complain because there are too many good choices, haha. Have a great day!

I'm a huge fan of Draco Malfoy, I love scones and tea time, I don't like horror movies and obviously I'm a huge book nerd.
